RETURN policy.
Items eligible for return: Tar-Riff-Free gladly accepts online returns on full price items that are in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of product delivery. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number.
Returns over 14 days will be issued store credit. No returns will be processed for orders older than 30 days. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email Tarrifffree@gmail.com
Refunds cannot be processed for orders paid for via Pay Pal after 60 days. (This is PayPal's policy.) In these cases, store credit will be issued. Returns are accepted only from Tarrifffree.us orders. Tarriff Free reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, without proof of purchase, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
DAMAGES POLICY
Tar-Riff-Free stands behind its merchandise. Tar-Riff-Free will gladly replace any defective merchandise purchased from TarriffFree.us within 14 days of receiving the order. If your merchandise is damaged, please contact Customer Service at Tarrifffree@gmail.com with images of the merchandise along with a copy of your proof of purchase. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Replacement merchandise will only be sent if the defect is a company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defect. This does not include natural wear and tear.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Gift Returns Within 14 Days of Original Ship Date.
Merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise

All items marked final sale are NON-REFUNDABLE. If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Tarriff Free® has the right to deny credit.

If you are the gift giver: Gift receipts are not needed for online purchases. Should the gift recipient need to make a return, we would simply need an order number.
When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with Purchase: Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

Tarriff Free Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.tarrifffree.us in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or Physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified).

Tarriff Free ships with USPS or UPS. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address cannot be entered, please provide alternative address details. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-10 business days of dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES
Tarriff Free uses third party delivery services such as UPS or USPS couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third-party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
